  1. Have an abundant supply of fluids. Have lots of fruits and stick to natural juices. Processed juices contain lots of artificial and sugary components. Stick to beverages low (or zero) in calories.
  2. Focus on healthy food substitutes. People who concentrate too much on food avoidance often fail. Worse, they end up binging on food and gain back the weight they lost.
  3. Eat a whole lot more vegetables.
  4. Eat more protein than carbohydrates and fats.
  5. Have lesser carbohydrates. Eat pizza and pasta sparingly.
  6. Limit intake of pastries, cakes, and candies.
  7. Refrain from eating fried and oily foods.

  18. Don't go to parties hungry. Some fast before going to a party. That will definitely cause you to overeat.
  19. Have enough sleep at night. Studies show that people who lack the right hours of sleep are prone to weight problems.
  20. Have some regular form of exercise. Walk the stairs, skip the elevator. Walk your dog. Do house chores yourself.
